QUESTIONS:

    * Teacher A & Admin are both on FB, but not friends. Teacher A posts a derogatory message on FB directed at Admin. Admin is alerted of message via Teacher B. Admin takes disciplinary action against Teacher A. Is this legal? 

    * Terms of use require end users of technology "product" to be of legal age to participate. Kids are not of legal age. Teacher creates account and then let's students use it in school. Who is liable if students violate the terms of use? Teacher, students, district?
