I have lost two close relatives as a result of the war and I was just five years old and escaped death miraculously when a LTTE bomb went off in Pettah in April 1987 But I forgive you and the LTTE for all that. At the same time I am also sorry for the harm and cruelty we the Sinhala people, govt and armed forces did to the Tamil people in the past Please pardon us Tamil brothers and sisters The worst is now over.Let us go forward together hand in hand May all beings be happy
