Let's walk back to the sixties Washington,
And see a young preteen, so weak, so thin.
To be gracious is to say he speaks well,
Yet one day Bill Gates will rule, I tell.

An awkward teen at an exclusive school,
Skipping math classes to play with a new tool.
A shiny new computer, big as a bus,
On which Bill Gates programs he must.

For one day such a man will rule the land,
All due to his brain and left and right hands.
To control such a device like none other could,
And earn more many than any man would.

To Harvard he went, with an IQ so large,
And a mind so tall, he was the man in charge.
Dropped out he would, going against the norm,
But this bright mind would take the world by storm.

He surrounded himself with people, and grew up fast,
His once silly hobby had paid off at last.
The eighties came, and his career took off,
King of the future with Microsoft.

The personal computing age began,
And millions poured into Gates's hand.
A tyrant, many thought Gates had become,
Mad with power, he was the devil to some.

Controversy followed, and Gates was in trouble,
But after it all ended his money simply doubled,
Today he remains among the richest men,
Gives money to poor, just because he can.
