You're misreading what I'm trying to tell you, contact your supervisor and ask him how to say mbps no capital letters there. If your supervisor is a human and someone with any knowledge of the difference between a bit and a byte, will tell you that it is megabit per second, not megabyte per second as your commercial and you seem to think it is.

Step 2: Wait 30-60 seconds.

Step 3: Plug in the power cord on the back of your cable modem. Wait 60 seconds before doing anything else.

Step 4: Restart your computer.
