Download the portable zip, extract and run.
Configure ida as you like it.
Close the app.
Export HKCU reg keys to \X-ida\User\ida and rename them to 1.reg, 2.reg, 3.reg.
Delete the keys in the registry.
Copy the IDA_Portable content to \X-ida\Bin\ida.
To configure X-ida.ini copy this simple ( but efficent ) configuration:

[WriteToReg=$Home$\$AppName$\3.reg]
MainKey=HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EXECryptorTestKeys

RegEdit=$Home$\$AppName$\1.reg;2.reg;3.reg

[Options]
DeleteTemp=false
RunWait=true
ShowSplash=false
WriteLog=false


Obviously you have to rename the X-Launcher to X-ida.exe. If you have a port launcher
